What I treat
Services
Hormone optimization is the cornerstone of this practice — but it sits inside a broader approach that also includes metabolic health, nutrition, body composition, sleep, movement, recovery, and lifestyle medicine.
The three pillars
Primary areas of focus
These are where most patients start, and where the majority of the clinical work happens.
Bioidentical Hormone Optimization
Individualized bioidentical hormone therapy for women in perimenopause and menopause, and for men with declining testosterone. Precision dosing, certified organic formulations, transdermal delivery, and continuous physician oversight.
Metabolic Health
Insulin resistance, weight and body composition, cardiometabolic risk, and the nutrition and movement work that actually moves the numbers — addressed together rather than one lab value at a time.
Healthy Aging & Longevity
Preserving strength, bone density, cognition and independence. Personalized preventive medicine and the long-view planning that most care skips entirely.
Supporting services
The rest of the toolkit
Used where they are clinically indicated, and always as part of a plan — never as a standalone product.
Sexual Wellness
Libido, comfort and function for both men and women. Often the symptom patients are least likely to raise and most relieved to have addressed. Frequently hormone-driven, and frequently very responsive.
Weight & Body Composition
Not a weight-loss program. A metabolic and hormonal evaluation of why body composition has shifted, and a plan that addresses the drivers — lean mass, insulin sensitivity, thyroid, sleep and nutrition — rather than the scale alone.
Cardiometabolic Health
Lipids, blood pressure, insulin resistance, inflammatory markers and visceral fat. The risk factors that quietly accumulate through midlife and are far easier to change early than late.
Personalized Preventive Medicine
Comprehensive baseline testing, risk stratification based on your history and family history, and a screening and prevention plan built for you specifically — rather than a generic age-based checklist.
Peptide Therapy
Targeted peptide protocols where they are clinically appropriate — for recovery, tissue repair, metabolic support and healthy aging. Prescribed selectively, with clear expectations about what the evidence does and does not support.
Vitamin & Supplement Injections
Nutrient repletion where testing shows a genuine deficit, delivered by injection when absorption or dosing makes that the better route. Guided by labs, not by a menu.
Ozone Joint Injections
Ozone therapy for joint pain, offered as a regenerative option for appropriate candidates. Discussed with a frank account of the current state of the evidence and realistic expectations.
Ozone Trigger Point Injections
Targeted injections for myofascial trigger points and localized musculoskeletal pain — useful for active patients whose training or sport is being limited by a specific, persistent problem area.
The philosophy
How the pieces fit together
Hormone optimization is not a substitute for the rest of your health. If your sleep is six hours, your diet is running on caffeine, your thyroid is untreated and you are under sustained stress, hormones will not out-run any of that. They will help less than they should, and you will conclude that hormone therapy does not work.
That is why the evaluation looks wider than hormones from the beginning. Thyroid, metabolic markers, body composition, nutrition, sleep and movement are part of the first conversation, not an afterthought once the prescription has already failed to deliver.
It is also why the supporting services above exist. They are not upsells. They are the tools that get used when the clinical picture calls for them — and left alone when it does not.

Where to start
One conversation covers all of it.
You do not need to know which of these you need. That is what the consultation is for — a full history, the right testing, and an honest recommendation.
